We want to update members on the proceedings at the Human Rights Tribunal regarding Trustee Barry Neufeld. We have filed an amended complaint including additional statements made by Trustee Neufeld since the complaint was filed. We have also provided our document disclosure. The next step will be the Respondent’s document disclosure and any preliminary applications. We do not yet have hearing dates for this complaint, but we will update you as new information becomes available.
